Electrostatic Precipitator - Online Expos

Particles are charged by the electrodes and adhere to the collector plates in the electrostatic precipitator.  Electro-mechanical rappers dislodge the particulate from the electrodes and collector plates.  The rappers are located external to the ESP.

Energy System - Online Expos

Green and dry fuel – wood, sawdust, planer shavings, bark.  Forced draft fan provides primary and secondary combustion air.  Metering bins meter fuel into the combustors.  Cyclo-Blast combustion system c/w water cooled rotary grates.  Automatic ash removal.

Step Grate System - Online Expos

The step grate combustion System is air cooled reciprocating step grate technology for the combustion of wet or dry solid bio-mass fuel and special waste fuels.  Every second grate row is a reciprocating overthrust step that stokes the fuel over the fixed intermediate grates, conveying the fuel down the grate incline.

Functional Description

Biomass energy systems and electrostatic precipitators.  Step grate and Dutch oven style of combustion.   Direct fired, hot oil and steam.
