HDA Curve Sawing Gang - Comact

First Description – Lineal (linear) board edger feed speeds to 1200 feet per minute.  Piece counts to 55 pieces per minute on 10′ lumber.

HDA Shape Sawing Gang Edger - USNR

The Horizontal Shape Saw (HSS) is a floating virtual-pivot sawbox.  High-resolution scanners simultaneously scan the cant as it is fed into the slew/skew gang edger. Cants can be fed to the scanner centering table from one or both sides.

HSA Lineal Shape Sawing Gang - USNR

Horizontal Shape Saw (HSS) single arbor system without chipping heads  – simplistic and accurate curve sawing. Floating virtual-pivot sawbox and continuous sawing performance.

HSA Transverse Shape Sawing Gang - USNR

Curve sawing gang edger features the skewing and slewing CNC saw module.  High-resolution scanners (up to 3 scanners) simultaneously scan the cant as it is fed into the slew/skew gang edger. Cants can be fed to the scanner centering table from one or both sides.

TBL2 Curve Sawing Gang - Comact

Saws are stationary throughout the curve sawing process.  Controls curve of the cant from the beginning to the end.  Four foot gap required for maximum throughput in random lengths.

TBL3 HDA Curve Sawing Gang - Comact

Curve sawing, shape sawing and straight sawing.  Compound curve sawing.  Speeds to 600 feet per minute. 3′ gap on non profiling, 7′ gap on profiling.

TBL3 HSA Curve Sawing Gang - Comact

Curve sawing, shape sawing and straight sawing.  Compound curve sawing.  Speeds to 600 feet per minute. 3′ gap on non profiling, 7′ gap on profiling.

Vertical Double Arbor Gang Edger - USNR

Speeds to 600 feet per minute.  Available in single or double arbor.  Guided saws.Narrow kerf straight sawing.

VSA Shape Sawing Gang - USNR

Curve sawing with speeds to 600 feet per minute.  Curve sawing and straight sawing.  Compound sweep (shape) sawing capability.

Functional Description

Gang edgers are used to saw cants into boards.  Gang edgers can be single arbor or double arbor.  There are horizontal arbor and vertical arbor gangs as well ad straight sawing and curve (shape) sawing gangs.
